WELCOME TO THE TRAVELLERS INN
The Traveller’s Inn is a large white pub situated on the A629 and at the crossroads of four different roads hence it’s local name “The Fours” The large white building has been a pub for many years and for the last 5 years has been run by the landlord and landlady Jack and Ruth. The Travellers offers top quality cask ales with rotating casks, an interesting lager selection, ciders, Guinness, and John Smiths along with carefully chosen house wines to suit a variety of tastes.
The kitchen has a dedicated team of people who love cooking and are passionate about offering interesting pub food which caters for many tastes including Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free and even boasts a “Doggie Dinner” for our four-legged friends! We have the most extensive children’s menu which features traditional favourites along with a variety of healthy options. As a rural country pub, we love being part of the farming community and the majority of our meat, sausages, vegetables, and potatoes are sourced right on our doorstep.
The Travellers (formerly known as the Fours) is set in a wonderful rural location and is the perfect destination for walkers, bikers, and families. We have a superb beer garden which enjoys full sun for most of the day and now features 7 trendy and comfortable booths which can be booked. We also have a large play area to keep the youngsters entertained. We love being part of the local community and aim to give a very friendly service and all our staff are trained to welcome customers and look after them.
